At Hoogstraat Mode, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Timeframe

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date.

2. Return Methods

• Express Tracked Pre-Paid Return: We offer express tracked pre-paid returns for a €15 fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
• Self-Postage Return: You may return items at your own cost by using your preferred shipping method.

3. Return Conditions

• Hygiene: We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
• Product Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

4. Return Process

• Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with your return.
• Shipping: For pre-paid returns, a €15 fee will be deducted from your refund. For self-postage returns, you are responsible for the shipping cost.

5. Refund Process

• Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
• Refund: If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
